  Applicability Determination Index, (ADI). The ADI is maintained by EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) and provides memoranda dealing with applicability issues.
  Guidance Concerning Notifications Required by December 16, 1996 Under Gasoline Distribution NESHAP (40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart R) This memorandum clarifies the requirements for the notification concerning major sources that plan to be area sources in light of a recently signed settlement of litigation challenging the NESHAP and questions concerning the record keeping requirements for area sources. Signed November 21, 1996.
  Gasoline Distribution MACT - Synthetic Minor Permit Status. Provides a response to the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America and others,on how the EPA will deal with major sources regulated under the Gasoline Distribution NESHAP that have sought "synthetic minor" permit, but have not received the needed permit by the December 15, 1997 compliance date.
