Victor McCray received his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and his medical degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana. Victor completed a residency in general surgery at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno. As a resident he participated in several research projects which have led to a number of presentations, publications and research awards. Following residency, Victor joined Stanford Biodesign, completing the fellowship in 2011. Following Biodesign, Victor cofounded and currently serves as President and CEO of Ocular Dynamics, a company developing a polymer contact lens coating for patients with dry eye disease. Additionally, Victor practices Trauma/General surgery part-time, and is serves as a guest lecturer and innovation consultant to a number of Universities worldwide.
