Justin was formerly Manager of Product Marketing for New Product Development and New Therapies at MAQUET Cardiovascular. He was responsible for new product planning, therapy strategy and management of new therapies products. Previously he was Global Product Manager for Clampless Beating Heart products launching three next generation products for Off-Pump CABG surgery and managing three core product lines. As a Senior R&D Engineer and Project Manager at MAQUET he developed endoscopic vessel harvesting systems and cardiac surgery products. In this role he managed product development teams and served as a technology leader and therapy expert while completing the development of six new surgical products. He is an inventor on two issued patents and two pending applications for endoscopic vessel harvesting technologies.

Justin received a B.S. in Bioengineering Summa Cum Laude from the University of California - San Diego, with a minor in Law and Society. At UCSD he was Chair of the University Centers Advisory Board, overseeing the functions of the student centers and championing the development of the Price Center expansion. He also worked at a medical product start-up designing a novel personal hygiene device for which he received a patent. Justin's career interests include the creation of innovative medical technologies that improve quality of life and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment delivery. His personal interests include a passion for food, wine and spirits, travel, and family. He also enjoys skiing, playing squash and actively pursuing further knowledge and understanding of the world around him.
