A native of Ottawa, Canada, Andrew completed his undergrad in bioengineering at the University of Guelph and an MSc in bioengin-eering and neuroscience at the University of Alberta. His Masters research was focused on electrical stimulation of the spinal cord in ordered to restore locomotor function. Following his MSc, he spent a number of years gathering a variety of experiences across medical device design, sales and marketing, before completing an MBA at the Ivey School of Business in London, Canada. Following his MBA, he spent three and a half years working as a product manager for one of Medtronic’s electrophysiology businesses, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
