Ms. Jeani Delagardelle is currently a Managing Director at New Leaf Ventures leading the medical device practice. Previously, Ms. Delagardelle was a General Partner at Sprout before its spin-out when she helped found New Leaf. Prior to Sprout, Delagardelle was a General Partner at Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners where she focused on healthcare/technology investments. Ms. Delagardelle has previously spent 15 years in senior marketing, sales, business development, and general manager positions in the healthcare industry. She was Vice President of Global marketing for Target Therapeutics, later acquired by Boston Scientific. She went on to spend nine years in the Medi-tech division of Boston Scientific in various senior management roles. Additionally, Ms. Delagardelle was Director of Business operation for Roche Laboratories as well as Director of Global Marketing for Cell Pro, inc. Ms. Delagardelle graduated from the University of California Irvine with an M.B.A and an A.B. from Occidental College.
