Kevin Sidow is President and Chief Executive Officer of Moximed, Inc., is a private medical device company dedicated to improving the standard of care for patients with osteoarthritis. Prior to joining Moximed, Mr. Sidow was president and CEO of St. Francis Medical Technologies, Inc., a company focused on developing innovative treatments for patients suffering from degenerative spinal disorders. The company was later sold in 2007 to Kyphon, Inc. for $725 million. Before St. Francis, he was the worldwide president of DePuy, Inc. While there he was responsible for global orthopedic, spine, trauma, and sports medicine business. mr. Sidow holds a B.S. degree in accounting from West Virginia University.
