Mary currently leads the commercialization efforts at ATI, a venture backed start up developing a miniaturized neurostimulator for the treatment of severe headache. Mary has spent the past 21 years bringing new medical device therapies from concept to commercialization, including in several General Manager roles and leadership positions in marketing, international, business development, clinical research, regulatory and quality. Prior to ATI she was Vice President, Clinical & Regulatory at Acclarent, a successful venture backed ENT company which was sold to J&J. Previously she spent 17 years with Abbott and Guidant in a variety of positions, including VP & GM, Carotid Business Unit, VP, Clin/Reg/Quality Endovascular Division and VP & GM, Neurovascular Venture. Among other accomplishments, she negotiated the first of kind PMA for a carotid stent system, developed several novel stroke therapies, and led the successful integration of Guidant's and Abbott's Endovascular businesses. She started her medical device career as a Product Manager at Advanced Cardiovascular Systems. Prior to medical devices, she worked for The Boston Consulting Group and E.F. Hutton & Co. Ms. Bellack received her B.A. in computer science and economics from Brandeis University and a M.B.A. from Stanford. She lives in Redwood City with her husband and three children.
