Stanford Dermatology Grand Rounds
Grand Rounds is a part of the training and educational mission of the Department of Dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Grand Rounds is a weekly patient care and education conference attended by university and community physicians, dermatologists, and medical trainees. Patients with disorders that are rare, difficult to treat, or challenging to diagnose are discussed.
Unless otherwise noted on our schedule, our departmental Grand Rounds are held every Thursday morning from 7:30am to 9:00am.
7:30am – 8:00am - Patient viewing
8:00am – 9:00am - Conference - takes place immediately after viewing
Grand Rounds is held in Pavilion B of the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center in Redwood City. Patient viewing is in the 4th Floor Dermatology Clinic and conferences are held in the 2nd Floor conference room. Directions
On the first Thursday of each month, Grand Rounds is held at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose. Patient viewing is in the Dermatology Clinic of the Valley Specialty Center, Basement Conference Room, 751 South Bascom Avenue in San Jose. Free parking for visitors and patients is in the Valley Specialty Center Building 4th Level parking structure.
