Yoga at Green Spring 2014: Wellness on Wheels Class

Yoga in Green continues this Spring:

1. Dates/Times:

  • Mondays, 12-12:50 pm, March 31 through June 2 and
  • Wednesdays, 5:15-6:05 pm, April 2 through June 4

2. Employees who are eligible for the BeWell program can go online to complete the 2014 SHALA (and get the reduced BeWell rate).

3. Registration instructions are at the bottom of the class flyer; registration is open today, 19 Mar 2014.BeWell logo

4. Do note that registration requires an extra step beyond that required for a regular HIP Fitness class. This is because your WoW class is listed separately from regular HIP classes and is not advertised to all Stanford employees. See specific directions below on how to find your WoW class.

5. A shortcut to registering is to go to the Wellness on Wheels Class Schedule and enter your exact Class Code. OR,

  • Go to the Health Improvement Program website
  • Click on Register at the center of the page.
  • Click on Wellness on Wheels near the bottom of the page.
  • Enter your Exact Class Code: glym-01 for Monday, glyw-01 for Wednesday
  • Register.
