Information for Campus Homeowners
Requests for Faculty and Staff Housing records
Current lessees and their spouses/partners (“Owners”) and others may obtain copies of available plans, utilities and subdivision maps.
- Please review the Instructions for Requesting Copies of Residence Plans (PDF) prior to requesting plans. The homeowner is required to complete the Request for Duplication of Plans (affidavit) (PDF). If the Owner wishes the plans to be released to another party, the form is completed by the homeowner and homeowner's representative.
- A photo ID card is required with your address and signature, or other proof of ownership.
- If access to residence plans will be requested by another party, please contact our Client/Office Service Coordinator at at maps-requests@mailman.stanford.edu.
Homeowners may also wish to submit plans for review and comment by the Utilities Division or Grounds department when an easement exists on the property.
