I work on computational modeling of the conformational changes of proteins using torsional normal modes. I also work on using normal modes along with experimental distance constraints to study the activation mechanism of GPCRs.

My research is focusing on simulating dynamics of large protein machineries and include these dynamic informations when solving their 3-dimensional structures. It requires the combination of computer simulation technique and experimental dataset (such as images acquired by cryo-electron microscopy).
