Large Groups
The Stanford University campus offers a wealth of sightseeing and educational opportunities for groups, whether sponsored by a school, private tour company or non-profit agency.
The campus is always open to visitors, and groups can move around the public areas freely. If you intend to visit any specific departments or attractions or take a student-led campus tour, you must plan ahead.
Groups arriving in buses are encouraged to print out a Bus Parking & Loading Map showing bus drop-off and parking areas. This will facilitate more efficient passenger drop-off and pick-up so you can arrive on time for any scheduled events.

Arranging a Group Tour
To arrange a Stanford organized tour, please review our Group Tours section for policies, rates, and contact information. Once you have arranged a tour time, our Private Tour Coordinator can suggest how best to coordinate the tour with other activities. If no private tour is available, you can pick up self-guided tour maps at the Visitor Center.
