How To: Schedule Reports in CMS (Define and Save a Report Schedule)

Step 1 – Log in to CMS
Go to
https://ofweb.stanford.edu
Enter your
SUNet ID
and Password
Click
SU CMS USER
to open CMS
Step 2 – From the Reports Screen, create a Report Schedule
Select
Reports
Tab
ClickÂ
View Previously Run Reports
button
Click
Submit Request
Click
Manage Schedule
Click
Create
Step 3 – From the Schedule Request: Parameters screen, retain or modify the accounts (PTAs) and report parameters
Enter schedule name
Enter schedule description (optional)
Simple Schedule
• Specify Start date/time
• Specify end date/time
• Apply increment interval for recurring schedule
Advanced Schedule
• specify Months and Dates or Days of the month
Click
Apply
, then
OK

Use this schedule by selecting the
Saved schedule
on
Schedule
Request
screen
