How To:  Check the Approval Order Status of Requisition

Step 1 – Log in to SmartMart

1. Go to https://ofweb.stanford.edu
2. Enter your SUNet ID and Password
3. Click SU Internet Procurement
4. Click SmartMart

Step 2 – Search for the Requisition

1. Select the Requisitions tab
2. If your order has a status of In-Process, click on the status to see which approvers are still pending
3. If the order has a status of Approved, check status by calling the SmartMart supplier and provide the 8-digit PO number
   
   
   Note:  SmartMart supplier contact information is available on the Browse Suppliers screen in SmartMart.
   
   

To see all suppliers at once, change the number of supplier results to 100. To see contact information, click on the supplier name.
