How To:  Create a New Shared Group

Step 1 – Access Shop Admin Menu from the Vertical Toolbar on the Left

1. Hover over the Shopping Cart icon (or hold ALT key and click "P")
2. Slide right and down to hover over Admin from within the sub-menu
3. Select Manage Groups for Shared Carts

Step 2 – Create Group Name

1. Select Create New Group
2. Enter a name for your group (your department name is preferred)
   
   
   FYI:  A description is not necessary.

Step 3 – Add Members to the Group

1. Select user to look up each member by last name



2. Find and select member next to member's name in the action column
3. Select Search for Another User to search and add each new member
4. When all members have been added, select Add Selected Users
   
   
   Notes: 

   1. The user group will be created and a confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the screen. The group's name will be highlighted in the Shared Carts User Groups window on the left. Members of that group will be shown on the right.
   2. To add or remove members, return to the Manage Groups for Shared Carts as shown above. Highlight the group and select user to add a new member or delete a member by selecting Remove next to a member's name.
