Emily C. Kapur is a JD/PhD joint degree candidate at Stanford Law School and the Stanford Department of Economics. Her research focuses on the intersection between legal and economic issues in international finance. Kapur led the Nuclear Security Initiative at the Hewlett Foundation from 2007 from 2010. She received a BA in economics from Stanford in 2008 and an MSc in economics in 2011 as a Marshall Scholar at the London School of Economics.
