Assistant Vice President Noel Hirst manages the finance and facilities for Business Affairs. Budget Officers in Business Affairs have a dotted line or direct reporting relationship to Noel. She is responsible for developing, coordinating, managing, and reporting consolidated Business Affairs budgets and financial results to the University Budget Office and the Controller’s Office. Noel also manages Business Affairs facilities including oversight of capital and space planning, renovations, space allocation and costing for all departments. As part of her facilities role she oversees facilities management at the Porter Drive Campus. The 3145 & 3160 Porter Drive Operations and Building Manager and the team of receptionists report to Noel. Noel is also the Department Operations Center Emergency Coordinator for the non-IT areas in Business Affairs.
