Approaching Age 65

Turning 65 may allow you to make changes to your health care benefits. Identify your status from the chart below to determine what, if any, changes you can make.

Becoming Medicare Eligible

When you or your dependent become Medicare eligible, you must enroll in Medicare Parts A and B in order to continue eligibility for our retiree health care coverage.

Retiree Health Care 

We offer medical and dental coverage in retirement. University contributions toward the cost of your benefits will be based on when you meet the age and service requirements for retirement.

*Remember, your medical plan eligibility is based on your home zip code. You must make changes within 31 days of the first day your new address takes effect, and if necessary, select a new medical plan.
