The Construction Program focuses on developing the business cases and skills to integrate, manage and innovate construction projects globally and sustainably to maximize product value.
Our innovative approaches include broadening the definition of projects to include many project stakeholders not traditionally considered in construction projects. We take a "cradle-to-cradle" view of projects encompassing the entire life cycle including shaping, designing, fabrication, construction, operation, renovation and reuse.
