Reporting a Concern

Discrimination Concerns/Grievances

The Diversity and Access Office works with faculty, staff, students,* members of the public and applicants, and can be contacted with concerns regarding the following:

  • Discrimination on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status or any other trait or status protected by applicable law;
  • Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Americans with Disabilities Act; and
  • EEO Affirmative Action and VEVRAA Compliance.

Reporting a Discrimination Concern

Faculty, staff, students,* members of the public and applicants can report a concern regarding any of the above to the Diversity and Access Office:
