Axess

Axess is where members of the Stanford community review and update information in their electronic records. Using Axess, students perform functions such as: add, drop, and evaluate classes; update addresses; review grades; request official transcripts; review degree requirements status; review and accept financial aid awards; and check their University bill. Faculty, instructors, and advisors can submit grades; review evaluations; and monitor advisees. Staff members can monitor financial and benefit information and register for training courses. Your SUNet ID and password are required each time you use Axess

CAP

CAP Network is a virtual workspace created by the School of Medicine to support collaboration among faculty, graduate students, postdocs and staff at Stanford University.

Combining a profile directory with a social networking backend, CAP makes it easy for you to work closely with colleagues and track the projects that matter most to you—all in a private, secure environment.

CRISP

CRISP is a system that supports the tracking of patient events and the invoicing process for industry sponsored clinical trials

e-Protocol

eProtocol is  used at Stanford to submit, review, and approve research. There are four modules in eProtocol. You can view your protocols for any one module, or use the “My Dashboard” view to see all of your protocols in one place.

eSubmit

eSubmit is Stanford's electronic drop box for research proposals, primarily for Grants.gov. First-time users are asked to complete a brief online training session (5-6 minutes) before using the application.

FFIT

The online Faculty Financial Inquiry Tool (FFIT) helps you manage your University financial resources by providing balances and drill-down transaction details for all your active accounts and funds. All faculty are automatically give access to FFIT.

Fingate

Fingate is the gateway to financial activities at Stanford for staff, faculty student/parents and suppliers. 

OPACS Dashboard

The Outside Professional Activities Certification System (OPACS) is a dashboard for transitional and annual disclosure reporting. If you have PHS-funded research, you are required to add or update new financial relationships within 30 days of discovering or acquiring a financial interest.

Oracle

Oracle Financials is the core of Stanford's Accounting System, allowing the University to conduct and manage its financial affairs

ReportMart3

ReportMart3 is a modified Business Objects software application designed specifically to allow users to run reports for Oracle Financials applications.

SeRA

SeRA supports various stages of the sponsored project lifecycle and is evolving into the institutional system of record for sponsored projects.

Sunflower

SunFlower is used to maintain the University’s official individual asset records for capital equipment, sponsor owned property, loaned equipment, leased equipment, and at the department's directions, non-capital equipment that is sensitive or hazardous.Find Sunflower in Oracle Financials.

STARS

You can find the STARS (Stanford Training and Registration System) link once you sign on to Axess.  STARS is where faculty and staff can find and register for training classes.
