Join us for a conversation with Suzanne DiBianca, president and co-founder of Salesforce.org, a role she’s held since 2000, directing all of the foundation’s activities and serving as the liaison to community, business and government organizations. Under her leadership, Salesforce.org has grown to serve as a successful model for a new breed of corporate social responsibility through its innovative 1-1-1 Model, where 1 percent of Salesforce’s time, product and equity are given back to the community.

DiBianca leads a team of more than 300 staff members in eight countries focused on technology innovation, education and jobs programs globally. DiBianca is a recognized leader in the area of customer relationship management (CRM), software as a service and integrated corporate philanthropy. She serves on a number of nonprofit and for-profit boards and advisory councils in the community including: the World Affairs Council's Global Philanthropy Forum, the Business Advisory Council to SFUSD, Classy Inc., Box.org and the Tides Foundation.

She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor of arts degree in communications and economics.
