Zhiyuan Guo is a professor at the College of Criminal Justice and Deputy Director of the Center for Criminal Law and Justice at the China University of Political Science and Law. She is currently a Fulbright Scholar researching the exclusion of illegally obtained confessions. She has been very active in the anti-torture movement in China and will speak about the movement's efforts and challenges.

Lunch will be served at 11:45am.
