2015 Season
Outdoors

  • Ran a personal record 2:04.00 in the 800 to finish third in the Pac-12 Championships.
  • The time places her No. 4 on Stanford's all-time performers' list and is No. 2 among freshmen.
  • Finished fourth in her 800 heat at the NCAA Championships, running 2:04.55 and finished ninth overall to earn second-team All-America honors.
  • Ran the second leg on Stanford's 4x400 team that advanced to the NCAA Championships and placed sixth in its heat, and earned second-team All-America honors.
  • Finished third in the 400 at the U.S. Junior Championships, running a season-best 53.28 to set a Stanford freshman record.
  • The time is No. 6 all-time at Stanford.
  • Won the Big Meet 800 in 2:06.01.
  • Ran on two Penn Relays teams, running the second leg on the fourth-place 4x800 and the anchor on the 10th place distance medley.

Indoors

  • Earned first-team All-America honors by running the second leg (400 meters) on Stanford's distance medley relay team that finished second to Arkansas at the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

  • Won her collegiate debut, a 600 race at the UW Indoor Preview run in a school-record 1:29.42.
  • Captured an MPSF title in the DMR (11:02.98).
  • Ran second leg while helping Stanford a dramatic 4x400 victory at the Razorback Invitational (3:36.81).

International:

  • Ran a 52.6 split on the second leg of the 2015 Pan Am Junior Championships, blowing open the 4x400 final and helping the U.S. to a gold medal in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
  • Won a gold medal at the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships in Eugene in the 4x400, running the second leg to help the U.S. to a time of 3:30.42.
  • Earned the 400 bronze at the same meet, running 53.00.
  • Advanced to the 2013 World Youth Championships in Ukraine where she won silver in the 400 (53.38) and anchored the winning 1,000 relay.

High School:

  • Captured second in the 400 at the U.S. junior nationals in a New Jersey high school-record 52.46.
  • Completed her senior year as the No. 1 high school quartermiler in the country.
  • Ran a spectacular 4x800 anchor split of 2:02.55 at the 2014 Penn Relays, chasing down three runners and making up 50 meters to catch the leader on the final lap as the crowd rose in disbelief.
  • Split was the fastest in the history of the meet, and allowed Columbia to run a New Jersey record 8:45.37, the second-fastest high school time in history.
  • Also No. 6 on the 2014 prep 800 list, at 2:06.01.
  • Won 13 state titles in her career.
  • In 2013, became the first to win four events at the New Jersey Meet of Champions, capturing state titles in the 100, 200, 400, and anchoring the 4x400 relay.
  • Never lost a high school 400 to anyone from her home state.
  • Won the 2013 New Balance Outdoor Nationals title in the 400 champ.
  • At the same meet, anchored Columbia to a state 4x400 record of 3:40.36, ran on the sprint medley relay that recorded the No. 2 U.S. high school time ever, and anchored a victory in the 4x800 relay.
  • Two-time New Jersey Gatorade Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
