Gates open one hour prior to the start of events.
Guest Services, including Lost and Found, are handled through any Redcoat or the Event Manager.
Restrooms are located at the base of the stairs on the north side of the facility.

About the Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium
Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium is home to the Stanford softball team. Phase 1 of the construction was completed prior to the 1997 season. Phase 2, completed in the spring of 2001, included permanent seating, restroom facilities, a new batting cage, and a press box.
Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium is located south of Sunken Diamond, off of Churchill Mall. To access the field, walk from the west side of the Varsity Parking Lot, past Sunken Diamond.

Parking is available in the Varsity Lot. Entrance to the lot is via Nelson Road off of Galvez Street. The Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium entrance is off of the plaza on the northeast corner of the stadium. Marked disabled spaces are available in the south end of the lot. A valid disabled placard (from any state) will be necessary to access the disabled parking areas.
Stanford athletic facilities accommodate disabled guests by wheelchair ramps, lowered drinking fountains, Braille signage and wider doorways.
Seating
Boyd and Jill Smith Family Softball Stadium has easy access to the disabled sections via wheelchair accessible ramps on the 1st base line and 3rd base line of the stadium. Disabled and disabled companion seating is available along the upper walkway on either side of the press box.
