Stanford: Enters 2007-08 after an outstanding outdoor track season in which he finished third in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA Championship to earn All-American honors ... The 4th best 1,500 meter runner in school history with his time of 3:37.56... Captured the Pac-10 title in the 1,500 meters ... Traveled to Europe in the summer of 2007 and ran a personal best of 1:47.96 in the 800 meter in Jona, Switzerland and finished 3rd place in Cuxhaven, Germany, running another sub 3:40 for the 1,500 meters ... Earned All-American honors after anchoring the Stanford distance medley relay team to the 2007 NCAA Indoor National Championship title... Finished second in the open mile at the 2007 NCAA Indoor Championships... Finished 5th in the 1,500m at the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships... 2005 Cross Country Season: Helped the Cardinal to a sixth-straight Pac-10 team championship... Claimed the individual victory in the 4,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational as the Cardinal captured both team titles... Also finished seventh at the Murray Keatinge Invitational.
2004 Cross Country Season: Competed in three races with two top-10 finishes • Placed seventh in the open division of the Pac-10 Championships • Finished 11th in the 4,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational, helping the Cardinal men capture the 4,000 team title.
2003 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.
International Competition: Competed in the 1,500 meters at the 2004 IAAF World Junior Track & Field Championships in Grosseto, Italy... Ran a personal best of 1:47.96 over 800 meters in Jona, Switzerland in 2007.
High School: Finished third at the 2003 U.S. Junior National Championships with a time of 1:50.16... New Hampshire state high school record-holder in the 800 meters...
