• Program-best 47.17 was good for second place in the 100 free at the NCAA championships

• Clocked the second-fastest 100 free in school history to earn at second place at the NCAA meet

• Five-year letterwinner in swimming (8th grade, high school)
• Won a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics with the 400-meter freestyle relay team
• Swam the third leg of the 400-meter freestyle relay at the Olympics in 53.65, helping the USA to an American record
• Earned gold (100 free) and silver (50 free) at the 2011 World Junior Championships
• Took two gold medals (800 free relay, 400 medley relay), a silver (100 free) and a bronze (50 free) at the 2010 Junior Pan Pacific Championships
