HelpSU and Remedy Upgrade 3/21 - 3/24

The HelpSU request tracking and Remedy incident management system will be offline due to scheduled application upgrade from 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 until approximately 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2014.

HelpSU requests entered while the system is being updated will be queued and delivered to the appropriate support group after the application is brought back online.  Remedy will be unavailable to campus support staff during the upgrade process.

This roughly quinquennial upgrade updates the application and the servers it runs on, and keeps us on a current, vendor-supported version. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these changes are underway.
