Record heat now expected across SoCal around Thanksgiving as ridge builds. Unusually warm in NorCal too, but there will be clouds. Subtropical moisture plume will make close approach, but most likely bring only a glancing blow in NorCal w/mostly light & warm rain possible.

-Travel Outlook- There's a potential for accumulating snow over Sierra passes Sun afternoon-Mon morning. While this looks like a relatively weak winter storm at this point, it could cause significant travel delays in the Sierra due to the holiday/heavy traffic volume.
