Application Form
For current Stanford graduate students wishing to apply for the MPP or the MA degree program.
Program Proposal
All graduate students are required to complete and submit a program proposal one quarter after beginning the degree program.
Course Waiver Petition
Complete the course petition form if you've taken a course closely related to one of the degree requirements, and you'd like to petition for the course to take the place of the requirement. Approval at the discretion of the Program Director.
Faculty Advisor Form
Select and meet with your MPP or MA faculty advisor upon acceptance to the program and submit the advisor election form one quarter after beginning the degree program. Advisors must confirm that the courses proposed are likely to be taught during the applicable period, or that appropriate substitute courses are available. Public Policy student services will verify scheduling of courses.
Independent Study Petition
Interested in pursuing Independent Research with a Stanford faculty member? Complete and submit the Independent Course Petition prior to the first week of the quarter to register in PUBLPOL 198/298 or 309X.
