In addition to the programs links provided below, current faculty members may contact Faculty Development and Diversity for individual consultations and advice, or in order to seek direction to the appropriate office or University policy. This includes, but is not limited to, getting guidance on specific unique situations such as those related to professional development, career and leadership opportunities, or managing a lab or a research team.
Prospective faculty members who are considering a position at Stanford may contact the office for support on questions related to dual-career or others that may factor in their consideration.
