Upright Zeiss AxioImager Epifluorescence / Widefield Microscope

The Zeiss AxioImager is a motorized, upright microscope equipped for both transmitted light (DIC, Dark Field, Phase Contrast and Polarization) and fluorescence microscopy. This microscope is equipped for Array Tomography technique, as well as general-purpose widefield fluorescence microscopy.

  • EXFO X-Cite 120 illumination source, coupled to scope with liquid light guide, motorized 10-position reflector turret with DIC cube and fluorescence filter cubes (see below)
  • Manual 3-position tube lens: mag.1.0X, mag.1.60X
  • Bertrand lens 12V/100W halogen light source, manual condenser, 0.9NA, brightfield/DIC/phase contrast/
