After my appointment, I had some follow up questions based upon the doctor's recommendations. I've left three messages and have yet to received a return call. This is very frustrating.

My disorder (OSA) and its treatment are insufficiently understood in general and I doubt there's much any physician can do or say beyond what is currently being done. I try to explore alternatives and the physician is open to those discussions; but then were mostly engaged in speculation and opinion.
