Village Center Reservation Form

Only Escondido Village and Escondido South residents are eligible to reserve the Village Center.

You must submit Village Center common room reservation requests at least two weeks in advance of the date of your event. You can expect to receive a response to your reservation request within one week.

Please be advised that the room is not reserved until you have received a confirmation email. If you have questions, please email worklife_@stanford.edu.

Events must end one hour before reserved period to allow for clean up. i.e., Sunday-Thursday events end no later than 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday events end no later than 1 a.m.

There is a 6 hour time limit for reservations.
