Musicians... have a clear vision of how you want your music to sound before you touch your horn. Our instruments are only vehicles by which we express our musical ideas. They are simply mechanical devices. Don’t be a “button pusher” #TipTuesday

More About SCOr
Founded in 2015, the Stanford Collaborative Orchestra (SCOr) is Stanford’s first student-run, conductorless symphonic ensemble. We are committed to applying a democratic model of collaborative leadership to the orchestral setting, and by tapping into the full creative potential of every musician, we engage in a novel process of music-making to deliver dynamic performances as an orchestra of the students, by the students, for the students.
