BidSync is used by the County to post current solicitations and provides no-cost access to vendors. Please complete the registration process to participate in solicitation opportunities for the County.
The vendor registration process in BidSync is done online and only takes a few minutes. Once you enter the BidSync website, please follow instructions on the registration process. If your company does not have Internet access, you can register online through any public library. You can also complete the registration process by calling BidSync at 1-800-990-9339.
As a registered vendor, you will become part of the BidSync database. This database may be used by County departments to solicit bids. Registered vendors will have access to view and download solicitations for participation in bidding opportunities for the County.
