Beginning in fall 2014, graduate students can apply for admission to a joint degree program in electrical engineering and business. The joint degree links two of Stanford University's world-class schools—the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford School of Engineering. A transcript of this video is available here: http://stanford.io/1weayKk

Why pursue a joint MBA/MSEE degree? Brad Bonney, MSEE ’07, MBA ’14, Head of Shared Services, Trust & Safety, Airbnb, shares his insights in a personal Q&A. Go to the end of the transcript (link above) to read the interview.

The joint degree will require three years of study instead of the usual four years needed to complete each degree individually. Students will be equipped to take new technologies from basic research to commercial products and drive future innovations.
