Join a private tour of the Green Library exhibit “Beasts & Books” hosted by the curator, Stanford Ph.D. candidate in history Mackenzie Cooley. Contributions to the exhibit are from undergraduate students in Mackenzie’s fall, 2014 course, “History/Femgen 29S: The Animal Other: Humans and Animals in Western History,” which explores the interdependence between humans and animals through the lens of book culture. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Stanford's first NCAA women’s basketball championship in 1990 (the Cardinal won a second title in 1992), assistant university archivist Josh Schneider curated a small exhibit entitled “Home of Champions” in the Bender Room, Green Library.
