Lost your card?
Loss of a Campus Card: If you lose your Stanford ID, report it immediately to the Campus Card Office to prevent unauthorized use, and call Privileges to suspend your library account.
Loss of a SUL Card: Report the loss to Privileges or to a branch library. If your card was stolen, present a police report and we we will waive the replacement fee.
Replacement fee: $20.
