Slide138 year old male with right elbow pain. Evaluate for joint bodies. A 3mm joint body (orange arrows) is seen in the olecranon fossa of the disarticulated ulna, and three (1-2 mm) joint bodies (blue arrows) are seen in the trochlear ulnar joint. There is also a large enthesophyte seen at the insertion of the triceps tendon upon the ulna, which is partially fractured at its proximal tip (white arrow). Stanford 3DQ Lab technologists generate these images utilizing specialized 3D software tools. The images that the 3DQ Lab provides display the pathology and anatomy to assist radiologists and referring physicians for improved patient care.
