38 year old male with right elbow pain. Evaluate for joint bodies. A 3mm joint body (orange arrows) is seen in the olecranon fossa of the disarticulated ulna, and three (1-2 mm) joint bodies (blue arrows) are seen in the trochlear ulnar joint. There is also a large enthesophyte seen at the insertion of the triceps tendon upon the ulna, which is partially fractured at its proximal tip (white arrow).
