The DHS Furniture Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) provides a full range of furniture and related services to include: systems furniture and non-systems furniture, conference furniture, task seating, guest seating and other office furniture. This BPA supports Headquarters (HQ) Consolidation efforts within the National Capital Region (NCR) for an estimated 25,000 DHS personnel. The NCR encompasses the St. Elizabeth Campus and DHS offices located throughout Washington DC; Maryland (Montgomery and Prince George’s counties); and Virginia (the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties).
Under this BPA, DHS Components may place orders on a Firm-Fixed Price basis or through use of a Government Purchase Card.
Mandatory (with exceptions)
No, however is “Mandatory for Consideration” before use of a non- Department-wide vehicle.
