Performance Management@Stanford (PM@S) uses the Taleo Perform e-tool, accessible to all Stanford staff and faculty PM@S participants.
Taleo Perform is used to document performance expectations for each performance year, as well as your development plan and associated activities. The e-tool is the official "document" used for the Mid-Year Check-In as well as the Year-End performance review for all participating staff.
Access the Tool
To access the Taleo Perform e-tool, log into the Axess Portal, find the Performance Management section in the Employee Center tab listed in the top menu, and select Taleo Perform.
