Tan Plaza Apartments are available as an academic year option for single graduate students. Single graduate students are assigned to two bedroom units.

Tan Plaza apartments offer high-end, high-rise apartments with balconies within a secure building with interior corridors and elevator. The complex also has a swimming pool, club house with grand piano ample seating and panoramic views, air conditioning, fitness center and laundry room.

Furnished by the University, each two bedroom apartment houses two students and each three bedroom apartment houses three students.

The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout. Each apartment has one assigned parking space. Stanford provides wireless DSL and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

If you are assigned here and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the Housing and Dining section of Axess under the tab “Apply for Reassignment." There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing and assignments are made based on the date you submit your reassignment request.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
