Important Graduation Dates Spring 2014-15

Saturday, February 28:

Friday, April 10, 5:00 p.m.

Deadline to file application to graduate for Spring Quarter 2014-15. Applications received after April 10 will be assessed a $50 fee.
Target date to verify progress towards major and minor requirements with department(s).
Target date to verify progress towards University degree requirements with Undergraduate Advising and Research (UAR).
Double check degree program for graduation, and finalize changes (adding or dropping majors, minors, honors, etc.).

Friday, April 17, 5:00 p.m.

Final Study List Deadline: Last day to add and drop classes, or adjust units on variable unit classes. This is the last day for tuition reassessment for dropped courses or units.
Deadline for coterm undergraduate degree candidates to submit a Coterminal Course Approval Form (pdf).
Deadline for undergraduate degree candidates with double majors or a minor to submit Major-Minor and Multiple Major Course Approval Form (pdf) forms (if applicable).
Submit any final requests for transfer credit through a Request for Transfer Credit Evaluation Form (pdf).
Submit AP credit requests per the instructions at the Registrar's AP web site.

Thursday, May 14

Final payment due date; student account should be fully paid to prevent any financial holds that may prevent release of diploma.
Monitor "To Do" items in Axess
Target date to resolve missing grades from prior quarters

Sunday, May 31

Deadline for Spring Quarter degree candidates to make ceremony (diploma distribution) changes in Axess.

Wednesday, June 3

Deadline (12:00 noon) to submit University thesis.
Late application to graduate deadline in Axess ($50 fee). No program changes or late applications to graduate are permitted after this date.
Last day to submit Withdrawal of Application to Graduate (pdf)

Thursday, June 11

Degree candidates with student loans through Stanford must be sure to complete an online exit interview arranged by Student Financial Services.Information about the online interview will be sent before Commencement. If you have a Stanford loan and do not receive that communication by mid-May, please contact the Student Services Center.
