Stanford University Billing Policy (PDF)
The Stanford University student account is a record of all student charges for tuition, fees, and other items associated with a student’s education, as well as all corresponding payments and credits. Student Financial Services posts all financial transactions to student accounts as they are received.
By accepting Stanford's offer of admission and enrolling in classes, each student accepts responsibility for paying all debts to the University, including tuition and fees, for which he or she is liable. An individual's registration as a Stanford student constitutes his or her agreement to make timely payment of all amounts due.
All students will want to:
- Review their bill to make sure that all charges and credits are correct
- Contact the Student Services Center if you notice any errors on your bill
- Set up Authorized Payers to grant account access to your parents or other payers
- Pay the amount due on the university bill by the due date
Standard Student Fees
Tuition, Fees and Housing are available in the Stanford Bulletin.
