Office of Emergency Management at Stanford Health Care | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital
The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a shared service between Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. OEM is responsible for disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery programs to ensure that the highest level of quality care and service to our patients is maintained during any type of disaster.
OEM Mission
To achieve resiliency through planning, education and exercise.
OEM Vision
Be a leader in Emergency Management by building a resilient healthcare system where all staff know their roles and are prepared to respond and recover.
Be Prepared
Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's work hard to prepare for emergencies. A number of sectors in our communities are preparing as well, including but not limited to, schools, community organizations, and other businesses. Although Stanford University Medical Center can respond to disasters, only you can prepare yourself and your household for emergencies. Please download this guide, and you will see how easy it is to prepare.
