I've used that advice in the past and certainly got more jobs over a short period of time. It's not only the sale but I think people like confirming if you will be professional and how quickly you will respond back in person. It shows you care about Them as a customer. Sales 101 I think

Back to the photo subject: I just bought the Samsung Printer Xpress SL-C460W (I wasn't capable to holdback and commit murder to my Brother........MFC-J4510DW [please...read that sentence as hardware-curiosity/Tech-curiosity] ) Quality is Just Phenomenal!.
