I remember some years ago, stopped on a small US road blocked by traffic. In the rear view mirror I saw a speeding truck, and braced for impact. Fortunately, the driver steered off the road, and actually past the line of the waiting cars.

This happened not far from where I live. The idiot truck driver was tearing downhill, on a curve and blind spot at excessive speed that has turned into an accident waiting to happen. I don't know how these fucking truck drivers feel so confident to push large rigs to the limit without any consideration on what might lurk around the bend. This driver did extremely well to miss the truck with the dash cam. Both police and the driver of the black car agree.

WOW!!   I see tractor trailers turn over almost everyday goin'  too fast on curves, esp. on the ramps to get on\off with curves and warning signs for them to slow down & don't seem to get that through their heads.  
ME........?    I respect anyone driving any heavy equipment on the highways or any road for that fact.  Actually driving on the highway with tractor trailers is a plus if you know the secrets.  They always know where a Smokey {highway patrol} is hiding to catch speeders.  If you ride beside them & closely behind them {which I prefer beside them}...  the highway patrol won't be able to catch what speed you're speeding at.  I find this very useful when I was running my street drag cars.  Never got pulled for speeding but did get pulled because the policeman wanted to see what was under out hood.

For Pete's sake, the driver with the dash cam was stopped because of the tree lying across the road, it's obvious there was nowhere to pull off the road because the trees were too thick in that area.

The truck came around a blind bend not aware of the tree until it was too late to do anything other than hit the brakes and hope for the best. 

The truck did hit another vehicle in front of it, but the driver saw it coming and ran from her vehicle before it was crushed. 

No one was hurt.

I got one yesterday (14-4). It's brand is Thinkware F750, costing a fair bit. It's front and rear in widescreen and crystal clear video. Cheap cameras like this video doesn't get number plate clearly. Freeze the YouTube video and see if you can spot the truck license plate and numbers. The Thinkware F750 does.

Just the opposite guys,that driver did 1 hell of a job to slow, then pour fuel to his tractor,and avoid the vehicle in his lane.I know this because I had a similar incident, when an ignorant woman backed out of her driveway in front of me,on a 2 lane.Thankfully there was no on-coming traffic within a 1/4 of a mile,I did not have to apply braking,but did have to swap lanes at 60+mph,trailer barely missed her.
