Welcome to the Stanford Adventure Program
Stanford Adventure Program (SAP) is a member driven, student-operated, collaborative organization that advises outdoor education experiences for Recreation & Wellness, Student Activities and Leadership (SAL), Stanford School of Medicine (EMED), Residential Education, the Haas Center, and other formal SAP campus partners.
SAP’s student leadership model follows the Voluntary Student Organization (VSO) structure established by SAL which requires a formal student council. The Stanford Outdoors Council (SOC) consists of voting officers elected by members of SAP and administrative officers selected by the Council.
