Maintaining Healthy Boundaries in Relationships Group
Healthy boundaries are an essential element in keeping and maintaining relationships whether it be at work or in our personal life. Many of us struggle with how to set and maintain these boundaries with our spouses, our children, family, co-workers or bosses. In this informative workshop participants will:
- Review the purpose and types of boundaries which includes physical/emotional; damaged boundaries and walls; protection and containment issues
- Explore personal issues including attachment styles that contribute to difficulty in setting appropriate boundaries
- Learn how to recognize the need for boundaries and strategies to set them effectively
